摘　　要：通过VB 6.0建立客户端,利用OPC技术和Aspen Plus自动化接口实时读取生产装置DCS数据并将数据输入流程模拟程序。采用时间间隔和数据突变监测两种方式来触发Aspen Plus对生产流程进行模拟。开发了具有自动DCS数据读取和自动程序运行功能的实时模拟技术。In order to transfer real-time DCS data into Aspen Plus,the client program was established by VB 6.0 based on OPC technology and automation interface of Aspen Plus.Both interval timer and data fluctuation monitor were used to trigger real-time Aspen Plus process simulation.Real-time simulation technology was developed to achieve the automatic function of DCS data transfer and simulation program running.
