摘 要:研究了花生根中白藜芦醇的分离纯化。通过静态吸附解吸实验选出DM-130大孔树脂,并确定其最佳吸附条件为:上柱液流速为0.5 mL/min,白藜芦纯质量浓度为125μg/mL;最佳洗脱条件为:洗脱剂为60%(质量分数)的乙醇溶液,洗脱流速为1.5 mL/min,洗脱液经浓缩、冷冻干燥后,用高效液相色谱测其纯度为30.7%。The separation and purification of resveratrol from peanut root were studied.The macroporous adsorption resin DM-130 were selected from 10 kinds of carriers by static adsorption and desorption test.The optimum adsorption conditions were as follows:the feeding rate was 0.5 mL/min,the mass concentration of resveratrol was 125 μg/mL,the optimum elution conditions were 60% ethanol as eluent,the elution rate at 1.5 mL/min.The products was concentrated and freeze-drying,the mass content of resveratrol was 30.7% b...
