摘　　要：利用游梁式抽油机采油是世界各国普遍使用的主要采油方法,用于拖动该设备的超高转差率电动机,转子导条结构特殊,使用普通的压力铸造设备和工艺,废品率高达30%,通过改制的压铸设备及适当的模具、工艺配合,废品率仅为0.5%以下。The use of oil well sucker rod pumping unit for oil extraction is so common all over the world. The YCCH Ultra High Slip Motor is specifically designed to drive it for optimum performance and convenience and its rotor has special type of the leads. If we make use of die-casting equipment、and technique ordinarily, the waste products rate can reach 30%. The waste products rate can be below 0.5% after ameliorating the die-casting equipment and suitable dies, assorting the technique.
