摘　　要：根据ISO17025中有关实验室质量监督工作要求,分析讨论了实验室质量监督工作中重视不够的一些问题。为解决存在的问题,需要正确认识质量监督的工作职责、建立有效的质量监督的工作程序、切实保证质量监督工作的落实。质量监督工作的对象应是实验室直接从事检测/校准的"操作人员",其中特别强调包括(从事检测/校准的)处于培训中的员工。正确认识质量监督的工作职责,为使质量监督员有实施"足够的监督"的工作权利,必须对其有足够的授权。实验室还应对质量监督员安排必要的培训,使质量监督员获得及时充分的指导,质量监督员的资质或任职条件满足要求。According to the work requirement of the related laboratory quality surveillance in ISO17025, this paper analyzed and discussed the issued ignored in the laboratory quality surveillance.
