摘　　要：科研院所在软件测试平台建设中,应吸收和引进国外成熟先进的软件测试理念和工具,根据本单位的具体情况,建立适宜的软件测试管理办法、评估实施规范和实施规程,加强队伍建设和技术创新,将本单位软件测试平台建成一个具备专业性和权威性的服务平台。为使软件测试平台在信息化建设中切实发挥作用,应该制定与软件测试平台有关的制度,例如可以硬性规定所有的计算机软件未经软件测试平台认证不得上线运行。In the construction of software test platforms in scientific research institutes, the well-devel-oped advanced software test concepts and instruments in other countries shall be incorperated.
