浅析研究型大学在产学研合作中遇到的问题

摘　　要：产学研合作是高校和企业实现资源优势整合的一种有效途径。但过去几年高校的实践经验表明,目前这种合作方式中还存在着诸多问题与不足,并没有达到预期效果。本文从不同角度对目前产学研合作中存在的主要问题进行了阐述和分析,并根据问题实质提出了一些建设性意见。The university-industry cooperation is a kind of effective path integrating the resource advantage of enterprises and universities.But,according to the practice in past years,there are still many problems and deficiency in such cooperative way,and the perceived effect is not attained.Based on the problem essence,many main problems are explained from different angles and some constructive suggestions are also given.
