摘 要:研究了以瓦特镀镍为基础,锰元素对光亮镀镍的影响;测试了光亮镍-锰镀层的表面形貌、X射线衍射和镀层硬度以及在质量分数为5%的NaCl溶液中的阳极极化曲线。结果表明:MnCl2的浓度为0.16mol/L时获得的镀层综合性能最好,镀层外观光亮、平滑,镀层致密、平整,晶体颗粒细致均匀,镀层耐蚀性提高,镀液电流效率提高了一倍。The effects of manganese element on bright nickel plating were investigated based on Watts nickel. The surface morphology,X-ray diffraction,hardness,and anodic polarization curves in the mass fraction of 5%NaCl solution of the obtained Ni-Mn coating were tested. The results show that the coating has the best combination properties when the concentration of MnCl2 is 0.16 mol/L.
