摘　　要：为了得到具有自润滑性的达克罗涂层,将不同规格的石墨粉以不同质量比掺杂在达克罗涂液中制备涂层。通过扭力测试评价涂层的自润滑性,并用数学方法分析数据。结果表明:在达克罗涂液中掺杂适量一定规格的石墨粉,可以使涂层的扭力值达标。For getting a self-lubricating Dacromet coating,graphite powders with different specifications were mixed into the Dacromet paint at different mass ratios to produce coatings. Through torque force test,the self-lubricating property of the coating was evaluated by analyzing the data in mathematical way. The testing results show that mixing some standard graphite powder in Dacromet paint can make the torque force reach the standard.
