摘　　要：目的探讨术前访视技巧对腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术患儿的影响。方法根据不同年龄、个性采用不同的访视技巧与患儿建立起亲密无间的关系,访视时注重了解患儿的生活习惯,融入患儿的日常活动中,消除患儿恐惧心理,舒缓家长的心理压力,巧用各种交流沟通技巧,积极收集患儿资料。结果本组除5例患儿哭闹外,其他58例都能配合护士进入手术室。结论患儿需要术前一天进行访视,术前访视是手术室护理的重要组成部分,其直接关系到手术室护理工作的满意度,而访视效果又与访视技巧有关。Objective To investigate the effects of the preoperative interview skills on 63 children with inguinal hernia repair. Methods According to the different age and personality, we used various interview skills to establish the intimate relationships with children. When we communicated with them, we needed to know their life habits, eliminate their fear, reduce parent’s mental burden and collect actively their information.
