摘　　要：研究目的:对比广西与越南在招商引资过程中的土地优惠政策,提出广西北部湾经济区土地政策建议。研究方法:对比分析法。研究结果:中国土地利用规划和计划、耕地保护、产业政策、供地方式、土地价格、土地税费和用地审批等政策越来越为严格,邻国越南的土地政策则较为灵活。研究结论:建议广西实行新增建设用地指标封闭运行机制,加快土地利用总体规划的修编和修改,进一步做好产业定位及配套制度的制订工作,制订实施适应工业用地招标拍卖挂牌出让制度的政策措施。The purpose of the paper is to put forward some suggestions on land policy of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone of Guangxi through comparative analysis on the land preferential policies of Guangxi and Vietnam in the process of attracting business and investment.Method of comparative analysis was employed.The results indicate that the policies of land use planning and plan,cultivated land protection,industrial policy,ways of land supply,land price,land taxation and land use approval and other relevant aspects in ...
