摘　　要：研究目的:揭示农户参与退耕还林工程的决策机理。研究方法:利用二项式Logisitic回归法,应用SPSS软件分析。研究结果:农户是否愿意参与退耕还林最主要的考虑因素是:农户是否有退耕还林资源,以便有资格参与;农户参与退耕还林是否能获得收益,即是否值得参与;农户是否有能力承担退耕还林后的风险,是否可以放心地参与。研究结论:农户在市场经济条件下变得越来越理性,持续保障农户收益是退耕还林工程可持续发展的关键。The purpose of the paper is to reveal the decision-making mechanism on the participations of peasant households in the Conversion of Cropland to Forestland Program(CCFP).Methods employed include bi-Logistic Regression model and SPSS software.The results indicate that the main considerations of peasant households willingness on participation in CCFP include:firstly,whether the peasant households own the resources to exchange the rights to participation;secondly,whether the peasant households can benefit fro...
