摘　　要：研究目的:分析北京市土地利用中的主要问题,提出合理利用土地的基本对策。研究方法:建立评价指标体系来反映城乡土地利用状况,设计适合北京市城乡土地利用协调度模拟模型,评价模拟结果。研究结果:北京市城乡土地利用系统总协调度为0.677,处于"比较协调"区间的中下水平。研究结论:利用协调度模型对城乡土地利用进行综合评价,有利于制定有针对性的合理利用城乡土地的政策和措施。The purpose of the paper is to analyze the main problems existing in land use in Beijing and accordingly put forward fundamental countermeasures of reasonable land use.The evaluation index system was established to reflect the land use condition in urban and rural areas and the simulation model of land use coordination degree suitable for Beijing was designed.The results show that the total land use coordination degree of Beijing is 0.677,which is in the middle and low level of "relative coordination" secti...
