摘　　要：依据《河南省社会主义新农村村庄建设规划导则》,提出节能生态型社会主义新农村是以区域整体、建筑单体的科学规划和设计,应用新型结构体系和墙体材料,推广太阳能与建筑一体化设计,及生物能源技术,并包括节地、节水、节材、节粮等方面为依托。According to the Guiding Principle of Planning for Socialistic New Rural Area in Henan Province,this paper put forward the construction of socialistic new rural area should be planed and designed by thinking the whole district with each single building,using new structure system and wall materials,which depends on spreading solar energy,uniform designing and bio-energy including rational using land and saving water,materials and foods.
