摘　　要：本文报道1例左肺门局灶型、透明血管型Castleman病,并进行文献复习。该病变具有典型的影像学表现,包括增粗纡曲的来自体循环的供血动脉(支气管动脉)、肿块中央的CT低密度或MR低信号裂隙。本例患者的术前影像学检查较完善,进行了CT血管成像,显示供血动脉;而利用快速动态增强扫描MR序列,可以得到反应肿块动态强化类型的时间信号曲线,获得更丰富的诊断信息。This study reported a case of local Castleman disease of hyaline-vascular type located in the left hilum of the lung,with the histological analysis.The lesion manifested typical radiological features as a hypervascular and well-defined mass.A fissured pattern in both low-density area on CT and low-signal area on MRI was seen within the lesion.The feeding arteries from the systemic circulation(bronchial arteries)were correctly found with CT angiography.A rapid sequence was used to perform dynamic contrast en...
