摘　　要：针对卷烟行业蒸汽锅炉生产工艺和控制系统的实际要求,介绍以SIEMENS公司S7414H系统为基础,结合GE FANUC公司iFIX中文版组态软件所组成的自动监控系统。通过对系统控制机理和通讯网络方式的研究和比较,证明了此种工业产品和网络架构的成熟性、可靠性和先进性,特别适合于确定性传输需要严格、数据吞吐量大、系统开放性要求强的工业现场使用。该应用实际效果表明,以S7414H组成技术为核心,结合适当工业控制网络和组态软件,能完全构建满足现代企业生产和管理需要的先进自动化控制系统。In view of the cigarette plant steam boiler production craft and the actual request of the control system,the automatic monitoring system based on S7414H and iFIX configuration software is introduced.The research and comparison of the system control mechanism and communication network mode show the maturation,reliability and the sophistication of this kind of industry product and network structrue.The system is suitable to the industry fields with strict definite transmission,huge data throughput and strong...
