摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性扩展性脑内血肿(CEICH)疾病的病因、病理学特征、临床表现及影像学改变。方法:通过报道我院两例慢性扩展性脑内血肿病例的临床、病理及影像学资料,并结合相关文献复习。结果:多数CEICH病变因其临床表现及影像学特征等与颅内占位性病变极为相似,故术前易误诊为颅内肿瘤或脓肿等。结论:临床工作中如发现颅内占位性病变,临床表现为慢性起病、头痛、癫痫等以及影像学提示环状强化明显时应考虑慢性扩展性脑内血肿的可能,但手术所见及病理学报告仍是目前诊断的主要依据。Objective:To investigate the pathogeny 、pathological characteristics、clinical present and neuro-imaging impression of the chronic expanding intracerebral hematoma.Methods:To report the clinical and pathologicaldata as well as imageological about two patients suffering chronic expanding intracerebral hematoma.And review correlational documente at the same time.Results:Because most of the Chronic expanding intracerebral hematoma s clinical manifestation and imageological characteristic are similar as encapsul...
