流动注射法测定青贮饲料中的氨态氮

摘　　要：采用流动注射分析法测定青贮饲料中的氨态氮。方法的检出限为1.99μg/L;线性范围为10~5 000μg/L,相关系数r≥0.999;其相对标准偏差为1.03%;实际样品的加标回收率为96%~108%;样品测定频率为30样/h。本方法操作简便、灵敏度较高、线性范围宽、精密度高,对于大量饲料样品的测定结果令人满意。Ammonia-N in silage was determined by flow injection analysis.The detection limit was 1.99 μg/L,correlation efficient r was more than 0.999,the RSD was 1.03% and the reclaim ratio was 96%～108%.The method has the characteristics of simplicity,sensitivity and good correlation.It is suitable to be used for determination of ammonia-N in silage with large quantity of samples.
