摘　　要：首先介绍超宽带(UWB)通信系统的特性,然后介绍采用两种不同调制方式(BPSK和PPM)的UWB跳时扩频多址通信系统,并将发射单脉冲信号建模为一般高斯脉冲的一阶导数和三阶导数,基于常规单用户检测器,根据系统的误比特率,分析比较两种系统的性能.Properties of ultra-wideband (UWB) communication systems are described. Time-hopping spread-spectrum multiple-access systems using two types of modulation schemes (BPSK and PPM) are presented. The radiated monocycle pulse waveforms are modeled using the 1st and the 3rd derivatives of a generic Gaussian pulse. Performance of these two communication systems in terms of BER are estimated and compared based on a conventional single user detector.
