摘　　要：董必武同志的法律思想涵盖立法、执法、司法、守法、法律监督、法律教育、法学研究等诸方面,对我们建设社会主义法治国家具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。研究董必武司法思想中关于司法独立的内容,以期对当前司法改革有所裨益。The Dong Biwu s legal thoughts comprise legislation,law enforcement,judicature,law-abiding,law supervision,law education,law research and so on which are of great theoretical value and practical significance for us to?the construction of socialist country by law.This article reviewed emphatically Dong s judicial thoughts on the judicial independence,aiming at providing references to the current judicial reform.
