摘　　要：地籍调查是为适应社会经济发展的需要,保护用地单位和个人的合法权益,提高土地房屋权属登记办证速度,摸清土地利用家底,加快国家土地资源和房产管理信息化步伐,为城市规划、产业布局和政府宏观决策提供重要的基础数据。本文通过生产函数与数据相结合的验证,证明地籍调查在一定程度影响了社会经济的持续发展。Cadastral survey is to adapt to the needs of socio-economic development,to protect the legitimate rights and interests of land units and individuals,to improve the speed of the registration of ownership of land housing,to find out the real situation of land use,to speed up land resources and the national property management of the pace of information technology for urban planning.Industrial distribution and government macro decision-making provides an important basis for the data.Through the production func...
