摘　　要：目的探讨10F经心腔内超声导管探头对行经食管超声心动图(transesophageal echocardiography,TEE)先天性心脏病患者的安全性和外科治疗疗效的影响。方法体外循环前、后行TEE,检查心脏和大血管的结构及功能,评价手术效果。结果TEE监测的31例手术中,能提供重要修正意见的有8例(8/31,26%),发现多为残余分流、反流及狭窄,术中未发生明显并发症。结论10F经心腔内超声导管探头行TEE检查,监测婴幼儿先天性心脏病患者进行心血管手术的实用性和安全性,能提供即时的修正意见,值得进一步探索和推广。Objectives To investigate the safety and surgical income of 10F intracardiac probe used in intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography(TEE) in infants with congenital heart diseases.Methods Comprehensive TEE examinations were performed before,during,and after cardiopulmonary bypass to show the structure and function of heart and large vessels.Results TEE provided valuable information for decision-making in surgical management in 8 patients(8 /31,26%),in which residual shunt,regurgitation or stenosis aft...
