摘　　要：受社会发展影响,新时期大学生的思想观念、价值观念和道德观念多元化,新时期大学生思想工作必须探索新途径、新方法,增强工作的实效性。以"面对面约谈制度"和"班主任工作月报表制度"为载体开展"思想工作面对面",形成了"多个面对面"开展思想工作的良好局面,实现了大学生思想工作情感性、针对性、互动性与保密性的结合,为当代大学生思想工作带来了新的启示。Influenced by social development,college students ideas,concepts,and values tend to be more complex and diversified in the new times.Therefore,new ways and new methods need to be discovered and applied to make sure the effectiveness of students ideological education in university.NAFU sets a good example in this field.Taking "face-to-face communication system" and the "Class Adviser Monthly Work-report System" as carrier,they indeed form good phases for students ideological education work based on "all-r...
