摘　　要：目的调查社区护理人员的工作绩效现状,提升社区护理人员的工作绩效。方法采用问卷调查方法,对潍坊市55家社区卫生服务中心(站)的197名社区护理人员进行调查。结果平均每中心(站)有社区护理人员3.58名;平均每天工作9.2h;59.2%的社区护理人员反映工作忙碌,46.3%的反映工作中存在压力。结论要通过改善工作环境、建立良好社区护理管理制度和科学的薪酬体系,满足社区护理人员的基本需要;注重社区卫生服务中心(站)的文化建设,建立科学的评定任用机制,完善培训考核制度,满足社区护理人员的精神需要,提升社区护理人员的工作绩效。Objective To investigate the work performance status of the community nurses,and to enhance their performances.Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate 197 nurses of 55 community health service centers(stations)from the Weifang city.Results The average number of nurses in each CHS was 3.58.The average working time daily was 9.2 hours.Some 59.2% of the nurses said they were too busy;and 46.3% held that they had a pressure in the work.Conclusion The working condition should be improved and a good ...
