变色树蜥染色体的核型和Ag-NORs的分析

摘　　要：采用常规骨髓细胞空气干燥法,研究了分布于广东韶关地区的变色树蜥的核型和Ag-NORs.结果显示:广东韶关地区的变色树蜥的染色体数2n=34=12V+22m,NF=46,其中有6对大型染色体和11对微小型染色体,雌雄性间没有发现异型性染色体.一对Ag-NORs位于NO.2染色体的长臂。同源染色体Ag-NOKs有位置差异,一个位于染色体长臂中间.另一个位于染色体长臂末端.The karyotype and Ag-NORs of Calotes versicolor from GuangDong shaoguan were studied by air- dried preparation of bone marrow cells.The chromosome number of Calotes versicolor is 2n=34=I2V+22m,NF= 46.Consisting of 6 pairs of metacentric macrochromosmes,11pairs of spot microchromosmes.No heteromorphic sex chromosomes occurred in Calotes versicolor.A pair of Ag-NORs are localized on the long arms of the NO. 2 chromosome,and location difference exist between homologous chromosomes of Ag-NORs,one is on the midd...
