气化小油枪点火技术的应用研究

摘　　要：介绍了气化小油枪点火及稳燃技术的工作原理及系统构成,并针对该技术装置在太原发电厂300 MW机组燃煤锅炉上进行了工业性应用试验。结果表明,作为一种能应用于电站大型锅炉启动、停止以及低负荷稳燃的新型节油技术,气化小油枪点火稳燃技术具有显著的经济效益和社会效益,工业化应用前景良好。The working principles and system composition of ignition and stable combustion technology using small oil gun of gasification and its application and test condition in coal-fired boiler of 300MW unit in Taiyuan Power Plant were introduced.This technology has notable economic and social benefits,and its prospect of industrial ization application is good,which can be used in start and stop of the larger scale boiler in power plant as well as the new technology of oil saving for stable combustion of low load.
