摘　　要：目的:培养无排卵功血子宫内膜上皮细胞(EEC),以使其可作为无排卵功血的体外实验模型之一。方法:在取材、培养条件和细胞纯化等方面对EEC原代培养的方法作了改进。结果:培养成活率:无排卵型功血EEC与正常增殖期EEC相比无差异;单纯性增生过长EEC高于增生期样EEC。结论:.通过改进培养方法,克服了污染、纯化及细胞数少等问题,成功分离培养了无排卵型功血EEC,为研究无排卵功血提供了一个重要的实验工具。Objective:To culture the endometrial epithelial cells(EEC) from endometrium of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding(ADUB)patients,served as one of the in vitro models of ADUB.Methods: The procedure of taking and preparing specimen was improved,the culture condition was adjusted,and the EEC purification was increased in this study.Results:The survival rate of ADUB EEC is similar to that of normal EEC,and the survival rate of EEC from simple hyperplasia was higher than that of EEC from proliferative pha...
