摘　　要：为了确认整流罩设计参数和使用限制,设计了两个与热相关的试验:热障试验和热震试验。利用该试验获得了需要的设计数据,指导设计的整流罩顺利通过了气动吹风试验的考核,验证了试验方法的正确性。提出试验方法经济实用、简单、重复操作性强。In order to make sure that the parameters and the application limits of the optics dome are correct, the thermal barrier experiment and the thermal shock experiment are designed. The test data using the experiments are put forward in this paper. The dome is designed with the data and the aero-optics effect experiment of the dome is done and passed successfully. All of these show that the experiments proposed by this paper are correct. It is economical、applied、simple and its application is repeatable.
