摘　　要：介绍了径向剪切干涉仪的工作原理、类型,分析了其面临的技术难题和各自优缺点。综述了径向剪切干涉仪的发展状况,讨论了它在光信息检测中的重要作用。Principles and types of radial shearing interferometer are presented, and the advantages, disadvantages and problems existing are analyzed. Developments of radial shearing interferometer are reviewed and its important role in measurement of optical information is discussed.
