VA菌根菌对无忧树、青皮生长效应的研究

摘　　要：对珍稀慢生树种无忧树、青皮接种VA菌剂结果表明:盆栽试验中,无忧树和青皮的苗高、地径在盆栽期以及地栽期相比对照都有增长,且地栽期的效果好于盆栽期。盆栽期,无忧树高增长56.81%,地径增长44.83%;青皮的高增长31.89%,地径增长31.03%;地栽期,无忧树高增长60.19%,地径增长43.78%;青皮高增长46.80%,地径增长27.78%。大田试验中,接种第1年无忧树的高增长49.63%,青皮增长14.42%。由此看出盆栽接种VA菌根效果好于大田接种,并且盆栽接种1 a,再转入地栽,苗木生长效果更明显。Inoculating Saraca indica and Schoepfia jasminodora,two low-growth and rare trees,with vesicular arbuscular inoculants and the results show that compared to the controls,the growth of tree height and ground diameter of both tree species was fast.In pot experimental period,the growth increments of tree height and ground diameter of Saraca indica were 56.81% and 44.83%,respectively,whereas those of Schoepfia jasminodora were 31.89% and 31.03% respectively.In land experimental period,the growth increments of t...
