摘　　要：目的:研究重症病毒性肝炎的临床症状及其与预后的关系。方法:采取回顾性调查方法,对确诊为重症肝炎85例的住院患者,根据其存活与死亡分组,对比分析其临床症状。结果:重症肝炎的患病率和病死率男性明显多于女性,在患病年龄上无差异。结论:重症病毒性肝炎临床表现复杂,病情变化快。早期诊断,合理治疗,是提高生存率、降低病死率的方法之一。Objective:To observe the relation between the clinical symptoms of severe viral hepatitis and its prognosis.Methods: The 85 cases of confirmed severe hepatitis were divided into two groups according to their prognosis,then their clinical symptoms were retrospective surveyed and comparative analyzed.Results: Comparing the prevalence and the mortality rate of severe hepatitis in different groups,as for the gender,those of male were much higher than those of female, but for ages,no difference was observed.Conc...
