摘　　要：目的:总结分析胸壁结核的临床诊断及外科治疗经验。方法:对过去10年手术治疗的73例胸壁结核病例进行回顾性分析。结果:本组病人一次手术治愈69例(94.5%),其中切口延期愈合5例(6.8%),复发4例(5.5%),二次手术均治愈。结论:正确诊断、术前和术后正确的抗结核治疗以及彻底的病灶清除是治疗胸壁结核成功的关键,也是防止其复发的关键。Objective:To summarize and analyze the surgical treatment on chest-wall tuberculosis.Methods: The 73 cases with chest-wall tuberculosis in past 10 years were retrospectively analyzed.Results: Of all the patients treated with surgery,69 cases(94.5%) were cured after operation,5 cases(6.8%) suffered from incision delayed healing,and 4 cases(5.5%) relapsed but cured after second operation.Conclusion: The surgical treatment on chestwall tuberculosis is effective and has a high cure rate.It is very important to ...
