摘　　要：目的:探讨髋臼骨折手术冶疗与保守治疗的临床疗效。方法:对髋臼骨折保守治疗与手术治疗进行评估。结果:本组183例,127例获得随访非手术组优良率76.7%,手术组优良率84.2%。结论:髋臼骨折手术治疗优于保守治疗。Objective:To comparatively analyze the clinical effect of operative treatment and conservative treatment for acetabular fracture.Methods: The clinical effect of 183 cases of acetabular fracture were evaluated by follow-up observation.Results: There have 127 cases of the total 183 cases been observed.The percentage of fine results in operation treatment group was 84.2%,and that in conservative treatment group was 76.7%.Conclusion:The operative treatment was much better than the conservative treatment for ace...
