学院制及其运行机制探析

摘　　要：学院制是世界上通行的大学管理模式。近年来大规模的扩招,使大学的管理幅度和难度进一步增大,原来校系两级的管理模式越来越不适应学科的发展,实行学院制已经成为一种现实需要和必然选择。遵循学科发展的规律,推行和完善学院制改革,建立起与学院制相适应的决策、协调、动力、投入、考核、激励等机制,对推进大学发展具有重要的意义。The multi-college system is the general pattern of university management all over the world.This article analysis the reform of the multi-college system in our country and probes into the problem existing in its process,thus offers its suggestion on establishing a sccientific,resonable inner system of college in university.
