摘　　要：分析了非木材原料的制浆特点,提出了对非木材原料不脱木素的预处理机械法制浆理论。在实验室条件下研究了麦草的预处理机械浆,通过条件温和的预处理使麦草原料浸渍软化,再通过机械磨解的方法制成机械浆。对所制浆料进行了抄片物检,并在工厂条件下实现了无污染麦草预处理机械浆的规模生产。The pulping characteristic of the non-wood raw material was analyzed. The pulping theory of mechanical process with pretreatment of non-delignification of non-wood was put forward. Under laboratory conditions, the mechanical pulp by pretreatment of wheat straw was studied, the material of wheat straw could be dipped and softened by pretreatment of mild conditions, then the mechanical pulp could be made by mechanical defibrator.
