摘　　要：ITO电极腐蚀是LCD行业中普遍存在的难题。本文对腐蚀的机理进行阐述,并对涂TOP层的防护措施做分析,为生产过程中腐蚀的控制和防护做理论参考。ITO corrosion is a difficult problem in the LCD production. The principles of ITO corrosion are discussed in this article, and TOP layer is analyzed as a protection method. It provided a theories reference to control and prevent ITO corrosion in the process.
