摘　　要：利用现有设备研究83 dtex/72f涤纶细旦低弹网络丝的生产工艺技术。结果表明:降低干切片含水率,提高纺丝温度,增加熔体预过滤器,适当降低纺丝速度,增加预网络设备,后纺采用聚氨酯材质的假捻盘,适当增加卷绕张力,选择合适的工艺参数,增加网络设备,可以生产出满足用户要求的细旦低弹网络丝。Based on the exist machine,we researched the production technology of 83 dtex/72 f polyester low-elas- ticity fine net yarn.It is showed that we can produce the polyester low-elasticity fine net yarn that consumer satisfied by reducing the water content of chip,raising the spinning temperature,adding pre-filter,reducing the spinning speed proper- ly,increasing nozzle,using PU disc,raising wind tension properly,optiming the technology parameter,adding net maching.
