痔炎消颗粒抗炎镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究痔炎消颗粒抗炎镇痛作用。方法:采用醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加、二甲苯致小鼠耳炎症及大鼠棉球肉芽肿等法,观察痔炎消颗粒的抗炎作用;采用醋酸致痛及热致痛模型,观察痔炎消颗粒的镇痛作用。结果:痔炎消颗粒可显著减少醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加时伊文思蓝的渗出量(P<0.01);显著减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳炎症反应的肿胀度(P<0.05~0.01);显著减轻棉球肉芽肿重量(P<0.05~0.01);显著延长醋酸致痛时小鼠扭体反应出现的时间及减少扭体反应数(P<0.01);显著提高热致痛小鼠的痛阈值(P<0.01)。结论:痔炎消颗粒有抗炎镇痛作用。Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions of Zhiyanxiao Granule.Methods:The increased permeability of abdominal capillaries induced by acetic acid in mice,the inflammation induced by dimethyl benzene on mice ear and the granuloma formation induced by cotton pellet in rats were performed to observe the anti-inflammatory action of Zhiyanxiao Granule.Pain induced by acetic acid and hot-plate procedure in mice were performed to observe the analgesic action of Zhiyanxiao Granule.Result...
