摘　　要：目的观察孟鲁司特联合氯雷他定治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法对照组32例给予硫酸特布他林加酮替芬口服。治疗组32例给予孟鲁司特联合氯雷他定口服。2组总疗程达8周后停药,停药随访6个月,观察复发情况。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),有显著的临床意义。结论孟鲁司特联合氯雷他定治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效好、安全、高效、副作用少,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Montelukast combined with Loratadine on children suffered from cough variability asthma.MethodSixty-four children with cough variability asthma were randomly divided into two groups, children in control group(n =32) received Terbutaline sulphate and Ketotifen famarate oral-ly;while children in observation group(n =32) were treated with Montelukast and Loratadine orally.Treatment peroid in both groups 8 weeks, follow-up was conducted in 6 months after treatmen...
