摘　　要：目的:通过对我院133例化脓性阑尾炎患者全程干预性协同治疗,观察阑尾切除术后感染的预防与处理效果,探讨降低切口感染率的策略。方法:对133例化脓性阑尾炎切除术采取吸引和放置引流物法,局部清洗和抗感染预防措施。结果:化脓性阑尾炎术后切口感染率降至2.25%,术后一期愈合率可以达到97.74%。结论:对阑尾炎术后切口进行有针对的干预性预防,有效降低感染率,是非常有效的方法。Objective The prevention which and the processing effect the goal through to my courtyard 133 example purulent appendicitis patients entire journey intervention coordination treatment,after observing appendectomy,infects,the discussion cuts the margin infection percentage the strategy.Methods The method adopts the attraction and the laying aside to 133 example purulent appendicitis excision method drains the law,partial clean and anti-infection preventive measure.Results The margin infection percentage drop...
