摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管间质部妊娠的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2005年1月～2007年12月腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管间质部妊娠的临床资料,28例输卵管间质部妊娠包块直径>5cm,17例伴失血性休克。结果28例手术全部成功,无中转开腹,无术中、术后并发症发生。平均手术时间45min,平均出血量100mL,术后住院3～6d,平均4.5d。结论腹腔镜手术治疗包块直径>5cm的休克型输卵管间质部妊娠是可行的。【Objective】To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of interstitial tubal pregnancy. 【Methods】28 cases of interstitial tubal pregnancy treated by laparoscopic operation during the period of Jan. 2005 to Dec.2007 were retrospectively analyzed. The lump diameter size of the 28 cases were more than 5 cm.
