经支气管镜介入诊断肺结核后空洞内继发曲菌球的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨经支气管镜介入诊断肺结核后空洞内继发曲菌球的临床价值。方法123例规则抗结核治疗后再出现咳嗽、咳痰、咯血症状,临床怀疑继发曲菌球感染病例,经支气管镜介入空洞内得到病理确诊。结果123例病例中108例确诊为继发曲菌球感染,其中5例合并非结核分枝杆菌感染,3例合并肺结核复发;3例确诊为肺放线菌病;5例为空洞内血凝块;7例为肺结核复发。结论肺结核后空洞内较易继发曲菌球感染,及时行支气管镜介入检查可以得到准确诊断。【Objective】To study the clinical value of bronchofibroscope in the diagnosis of secondary pulmonary aspergilloma.【Method】123 cases appeared the symptom of cough and sputum,spite blood after regulations anti-tubercle and were doubted secondary pulmonary aspergilloma and got a pathology to confirm by bronchofibroscope.【Results】123 cases,108 were confirmed secondary aspergilloma infection,5 complicated nontuberculous mycobac-teria infection,3 were confirmed pulmonary actinomycosis,there was blood cavities in 5...
