摘　　要：目的总结腹腔镜可调节胃束带术(LAGB)治疗病态肥胖症(MO)围手术期麻醉管理经验。方法21例MO患者在静脉吸入复合麻醉下行LAGB术,监测心率、血压、心电图、经皮脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)、呼气期末二氧化碳分压(PETCO2)和动脉血气分析。结果21例患者均麻醉满意,顺利完成手术。结论适当插管方法的选择、低呼气末正压(PEEP)呼吸的管理、掌握安全的拔管时机是MO患者麻醉的关键。【Objective】 To summarize the experiences of anesthetic management for the patients with morbid obesity under the treatment of laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding(LAGB).【Method】HR,BP,ECG,SpO2,PETCO2 and arterial blood gas analysis were monitored when LAGB of 21 patients were done under the combined anesthesia.【Result】The anesthesia were satisfied and the operations were successful.【Conclusion】The choice of appropriate intubation,management of PEEP and handling the juncture of extubation were critical.
