摘 要:用薄层层析法及薄层扫描法对萝芙木中利血平含量进行检测.以硅胶G板为固定相,氯仿-丙酮(体积比为6∶4)为流动相,上行展开,测定萝芙木中利血平含量(Rf=0.88).线性范围在0.5~5μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.2%,RSD=2.55(n=4).用薄层层析法和薄层扫描法对样品进行测定,方法可行,重复性好,误差小,可为人工选择、培育种植萝芙木优良品种提供重要依据.The amount of reserpine in the rauwolfia was determined with TLC and TLS.The amount of reserpine in the rauwolfia was tested by TLC with silica gel TLC plate as the stationary phase and mixture solvent of chloroform:acetone(V/V 6∶4) as the flowing phase(Rf =0.88).Linearity was good in the linear range of 0.5—2.5 μg,and the average recovery was 97.2%(RSD=2.55,n=4).Testing the sample with TLC and TLS was feasible and repeatable with a small error.It may provide important reference for selecting and cultivatin...
