溪洛渡水电站工程冬季施工的气温条件分析

摘　　要：根据永善县气象局42 a逐日气象观测资料,分析了影响溪洛渡水电站冬季施工的低温条件与冬季施工时段变化规律.分析表明:溪洛渡水电站坝区冬季气候较为温和,只有12月上旬到2月下旬平均气温低于10℃,1月中旬平均气温为6.5℃,是全年的最低值;冬季施工时段累年平均起日为12月26日,止日为2月1日,时段长度为38 d,但有着很大的年际差异,最长可达90 d(1985年),最短的仅有10 d(1972年);冬季施工时段起日以每10 a 1.1 d的趋势推后,冬季施工时段止日以每10 a 3.3 d的趋势提前,而冬季施工时段长度以每10 a 4.4d的趋势变短;10月到4月日平均气温低于5℃的日数分别为0.0,0.1,2.6,7.4,4.6,0.3,0.0 d,全年有15.0 d,日最低气温低于0℃的日数分别为0.0,0.0,0.4,1.2,0.4,0.0,0.0 d,全年有2.1 d;12月,1月和2月是低温日数较多的月份,平均为2.6,7.4和4.6 d.由于低温日数与冬季施工时段存在着十分明显的年际变化特点与规律,这对江水截流期选择、溪洛渡水电站冬季施工准备和冬季冰冻天气气候条件预测具有参考意义.According to 42 years observation data at the Yongshan meteorological bureau,the low temperature condition which influence the winter construction and winter construction interval varying rule of Xiluodu hydro-electric power station project was analyzed.The analysis indicated that,Xiluodu hydro-electric power station dam area has a temperate climate in winter,the average temperature is lower 10 ℃ only during the first 10 days of December to the late February,the average temperature of mid-January is 6.5 ℃,W...
