摘　　要：概述了植物原生质体再生体系中原生质体获得、培养条件及培养方法等关键技术环节,并且对完善植物原生质体再生体系及今后工作方向提出了建议.It was summarized that the key links in the protoplast-to-plantlet system including gaining of protoplast,culture conditions and measures.Also,some suggestions on the improvement of the protoplast-to-plantlet system and the research direction of protoplast culture in the further were given out.
