摘　　要：目的:探讨腹部外科手术后患者血清钾离子浓度的变化规律及补钾时机。方法:观察了694例腹部外科手术后患者血清钾离子的变化,其中315例患者手术后48h内未补钾,仅对其血清钾离子浓度的变化规律进行了观察;对315例患者手术后24h开始补钾;64例患者腹部外科手术中输血量超过400ml,手术后48h内未补钾。结果:除术中输血量超过400ml者外,其余患者术后24h血钾浓度均低于手术前,未补钾者术后48h血钾浓度便低于正常。术后24h开始补钾者和术中输血量超过400ml者,血清钾离子浓度均在正常值范围内。结论:除术中输血量超过400ml者外,其余腹部外科手术后24h就应该补钾。Objective:To investigate the regularity of serum potassium changes in patients after abdominal surgery,and how to regain normal.Methods:Six hundred and ninety four cases of patients afcer abdominal surgery were studied.We did not supply potassium within 48 hours postoperative and we only assayed regularity of their serum potassium changes in 315 cases of postoperative coeliac disease patients.We supplied potassium in 315 cases of coeliac disease patients in 24 hours postoperative.Within 48 hours postoperati...
