摘　　要：巴蜀燃煤发电有限公司2×300 MW机组自2005年11月和2006年2月投入商业运行以来,锅炉运行基本正常,由于煤炭市场变化,锅炉实际燃用煤种从未达到设计煤种或校核煤种的各项指标,并且偏离较远,导致锅炉运行过程中存在锅炉火焰中心温度较低,燃烧稳定性较差,带低负荷能力差,飞灰和大渣含碳量较高(飞灰达6%左右),高加停运时,存在受热面超温等问题。为此对锅炉及燃烧系统进行适当的改造十分必要,以满足锅炉燃用现有煤种的燃烧要求。运行表明,改造是成功的。Since the 2×300MW unit in Bashu Jiangyou Power Plant was put into commercial operation in Oct.2005 and Feb.2006,there are some problems existing because the coal market has changed and the actual burned coal is quite different from the design coal or checked coal,such as the flame temperature is low,combustion stabilization and part load behavior are poor,carbon content of fly ash and bottom ash is high(fly ash is to 6%),heat surface is overheated when high-pressure feedwater heater stops.Therefore,it is ne...
