摘　　要：介绍了Java、Internet、地理信息系统(WebGIS)、中间件等业界主流技术,开发了基于Internet/Intranet的"黄河下游工情、险情会商系统",给出了系统的基本框架、逻辑结构和功能结构,并对系统中的关键技术进行研究.该系统已应用于实际的防汛工作中,实现了面向"数字防汛"抢险、报险等环节的应用需求,有效地支持了抢险会商决策.Based on Internet/Intranet,the lower Yellow River flood control engineering information and flood concerned & dangerous situation expert consulting system is developed by the technologies,such as Java,Internet,WebGIS and middleware.Basic frame,logic structure and function configuration of the system,are provided,in addition,key technologies used in this system are investigated.This system has been applied to the practical flood control.It is a successful example of system application in "digital flood contr...
