摘　　要：目的为探讨二次剪脐促使新生儿脐部残端脱落时间缩短,出血与感染的概率减少的临床观察。方法新生儿出生后48h后进行二次剪脐。结果50例二次剪脐的新生儿取得了很满意的效果,剪脐后未发生感染,明显缩短脐带脱落时间。结论二次剪脐掌握好剪脐时机,加强日常护理,能有效地促进脐带残端脱落,减少脐部感染。Objective To discuss the clinical observation of second cutting of umbilical cord in neonates for shortening of shedding time of umbilical cord stump and reduction of probability of bleeding and infections.Methods Second cutting of umbilical cords was performed on neonates at 48 h after delivery.Results Second cutting of umbilical cord achieved remarkable efficacy in 50 neonates in which no infection occurred after cutting of umbilical cord and the shedding time of umbilical stump was markedly shortened.Con...
