摘　　要：目的观察脑脉泰胶囊治疗缺血性脑梗死的疗效。方法将90例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组30例。治疗组用脑脉泰胶囊,对照组用复方丹参片。结果治疗组基本治愈10例(17%),显效29例(48%),有效19例(31.69%),无效2例(3.31%),有效率(96.69%);对照组有效16例(53.33%),无效14例(46.67%),总有效率(45.97%),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脑脉泰胶囊是治疗缺血性脑梗死的有效药物。Objective Observe the effect of Naomaitai capsule in treating ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods 90 cases of schemic cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,treating group treated by Naomatitai capsule and contrasting group treated by compound salvia tablets.Results In treating group 10 cases(17%)were healed,29 cases(48%)were significant,19 cases(31.69%)were effective,2 cases(3.31%)were ineffective.In contrasting group 16 cases(53.33%)were effective,14 cases(46.67%)were ineffective.There...
